Zafaranchos

I play bass and do a bit of singing in a band called zafaranchos. We're all from in and around Letterkenny and been friends/played in bands together for just about forever. Some people have said we're pretty ok and even asked us to play a few gigs which was cool. We've an ep/demo yoke recorded, we're mixing it and getting artwork done at the moment so it should be out very, very early 2009. We'll also be doing a bunch of gigs around the country too. In the mean time here's a video of "Need more time" from our second gig, it's pretty self explanatory so need to explain.

Earthless

If you haven't already heard Earthless, go check 'em out at their myspace. They've just released a live album of their mindblowing set from Roadburn last year. It comes on double gatefold vinyl with one of my photos from the show spread across it which is pretty cool even if I do say so myself. Especially so as the drummer Mario was in Rocket From The Crypt and Hot Snakes who are two of my all time favourite bands. The photo in question can be seen above and I'll throw up a photo of the album itself once I get a copy.

Hello

So this is my first post in my first blog, it's mostly gonna be photos and the like as I'm not so good at the writing.
